Thank you for visiting SJ Fruits Online. Kindly read through the following terms before placing your order, which consititutes your agreement to accept and be bound by them.
SJ Fruits Online does its best to ensure that the colours of the items which appear on the website are as accurate as possible. However, as the colours you see depend on the resolution and settings of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see reflect the actual colours of the items.
All items sold are frest and are available whilst stocks last. The items will undergo a stringent quality check before being carefully packed for delivery.
SJ Fruits Online does free exchanges only when:
i. The item is not suitablee for consumption.
ii. The wrong item is delivered,
And we must be notified at email@example.com within THREE HOURS from the date of delivery. Returns are done on a case-by-case basis and subject to our evaluation and discretion.
We do not accept exchanges on items which have been comsumed.
For items deemed bad by SJ Fruits Online, we will do an exchange for the same item. In the event that the item is out of stock, the buyer can choose to replace it with another item of similar value or opt for a refund of the price of item.
Return postage cost will be borne by the buyer and reasonable care must be taken to ensure that item will not be damaged during postage. We will not be responsible for lost mail for exchange cases.
SJ Fruits Online charges a handling and administration fees of S$8.00 should you wish to exchange your item for a different item.
